I’m not one to redecorate often once I get something the way I love it, though I do like to tinker with accessories,and wall paint.

Since I seem to keep furniture and drapes forever, the choices always seem daunting!

I had these drapes made in 2002 and the upholstered furniture was purchased in 2005 when we had the new windows installed.

Out the window…we still have the play kitchen on the deck for Jack, though he is playing with it less and less all the time, so it’s days are probably numbered…:)

The walls in this room are actually a very creamy yellowy color. No matter what I seem to do though, they tend to look more golden in photos.

The actual paint color is called Blond, from Sherwin-Williams.

Family Room

I really want to do something with the brick on this fireplace…still thinking on it….(hey, it’s only been 20 years! I’ll come up with something!)

I’m open to any and all suggestions…:)

Main Floor Bathroom

Dining Area of the kitchen. Again, the walls are appearing much darker then the true tone. I’ve been in search of the perfect area rug for several years now.

In the meantime I just keep picking up $40 plain ones. I would have loved to have put hardwood floors in here, but with the pool outside, water is really an issue.

This is another room where the window treatments are becoming dated and need to be changed.
